Original research articles that have not been previously published and are not under review in other publications are accepted for publication. Manuscripts must state a clearly formulated scientific problem, research objectives, a well-founded methodology, results justifying their novelty and reliability, their due verification, and a certain scientific or practical significance.

The journal after review articles. At the same time, the editorial policy may provide for other types of original materials, including short scientific reports, descriptions of methods, software or hardware systems, data sets, and experimental research results, provided that they comply with the purpose, topic, and requirements of the journal.

In some regular issues, JDEIS may publish special thematic issues devoted to current scientific problems and new technological achievements within the cluster “Information Technologies and Electronics”. Special issues are formed on a specific topic and are published according to the general rules of editorial evaluation, independent review and control of academic integrity. All manuscripts undergo preliminary editorial review and independent expert review. The editorial policy of the journal is based on the principles of scientific objectivity, academic integrity, editorial independence, transparency of review procedures and support for international standards of scientific communication.
